Our way of working
Working with facilitators that know their stuff!
We have a well-honed mix of skills and expertise and at least 50 years of facilitation experience between us.
There probably isn’t a situation we haven’t come across before in some shape or form!
We don’t just turn up to facilitate on the day. Instead, we work with you to define what you need, refine objectives and create a workshop plan to fit your requirements. This may include pre-work, such as surveys with team members followed by analysis and evaluation to decide the best way forwards. This can take time, but if you want the best from the group then the time we spend getting this right is time well spent.
We will suggest approaches that will meet your needs, including specific tools or methodologies, small group and whole group work. We will be realistic with timings, source the necessary materials, and if the session is in person, liaise with venues to create the perfect, stress-free workshop.
Our facilitation takes place over a half or full day or multiple days of workshops and away days, or larger events. These can be in person, online, a hybrid mixture of the two, or even outdoors if you are game.
Work doesn’t stop at the end of your facilitated session. We offer a debrief and follow up to capture any learning from the day, and a workshop write up if required. We will also support you to consider the impact of a facilitated workshop or series of workshops so that the session wasn’t just a nice day out.
